Luggage Lockers is a self-service luggage storage service with two convenient locations in central Zagreb. Both locations are open 24/7, with no booking, app or account required for stays up to 48 hours. You pay per locker—not per bag, making it easy to store multiple bags together.

Using our self-service lockers is simple. Choose a Standard or Large locker, pay for the first 4 hours by card or mobile wallet, and receive a 6-digit PIN to access your locker. If you store your luggage for longer than 4 hours, any additional charge is calculated when you collect your bags. No booking, app or account is required.

We offer two locker sizes: Standard Locker: H46 × W48 × D85 cm – fits 2 standard cabin-size bags. Large Locker: H61 × W48 × D85 cm – fits up to 4 cabin-size bags. You pay per locker, not per bag.

We have two 24/7 luggage storage locations in central Zagreb: Branimir Mingle Mall – Ul. kneza Branimira 29, approximately 600 m from Zagreb Main Train Station and 900 m from Zagreb Central Bus Station. Preradovićeva 24/2 – Zagreb City Centre, approximately 600 m from Ban Jelačić Square and 300 m from Cvjetni Square. Both locations are open 24/7.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as contactless mobile payments such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted.

Prices depend on the locker size and storage time. Standard lockers start at €6 for 4 hours, with prices increasing gradually up to 12 hours. After 12 hours, the flat rate is €12 and covers storage for up to 24 hours. Large lockers start at €9 for 4 hours, with prices increasing gradually up to 12 hours. After 12 hours, the flat rate is €18 and covers storage for up to 24 hours. A Large locker fits up to 4 cabin-size bags, bringing the cost down to just €4.50 per bag. You can store your luggage for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 48 hours using our standard self-service service. Need storage for longer than 48 hours? Contact us by email or WhatsApp to arrange discounted long-term luggage storage.

Yes. Both Luggage Lockers locations use electronic PIN-protected lockers and are monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Our luggage storage locations are also insured for added peace of mind. At our Branimir Mingle Mall location, the premises are additionally covered by the shopping centre's CCTV system and monitored by on-site security personnel.

If you lose or forget your 6-digit PIN, contact our customer support by phone or WhatsApp. After verifying the necessary details, we'll help you regain access to your luggage.

Both of our Zagreb luggage storage locations are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Branimir Mingle Mall – Ul. kneza Branimira 29: During regular mall hours, use the main entrance. At night, use the 24/7 service entrance to access the lockers. Preradovićeva 24/2: Accessible 24/7 through the passage entrance. You can access your luggage at any time during your rental period.

Advance booking is not required for our standard self-service storage of up to 48 hours. Simply walk in, choose an available locker and pay at the terminal. For long-term storage or special arrangements, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
